Pricing for computer services can be difficult to establish. Every project is different and therefore can not be priced accurately within a few paragraphs. Generally, we charge [Call for Quote] an hour depending on the project (well below the industry average). The number of hours needed for your particular project can range from just a single hour, to upwards of 80 hours or more. The items below can be used as a guideline in determining how much you might need to spend in order to have your project completed.

Among the solutions we can provide:
1. Web Design (Editing your Existing Page)
Editing an existing website can range from simple to extremely complex. If you are just looking to have some information (like a phone number, or email address) changed, then it's probably not going to take more than one hour to complete. Of course that depends on the number of pages you want changed. However if you are wanting to add SEO information (Search Engine Optimization), and add a picture or two, re-do a few paragraphs of text, etc. then you should expect your cost to start at around 3 hours or more depending on the project.
2. Web Design (Creating a New Website)
One of the biggest challenges to creating a website is getting all the information you want your customers to know about you and placing it in a visually appealing manner. If you are looking for just a few pages with mostly text and a few pictures, you can be comfortable in believing it should not take more than 10 hours to complete. This assumes you did your homework in advance (prepared the text, have the needed pictures and know pretty much how you want the website to look). If you need a larger number pages to convey your message/product you can expect to pay for 30 hours project time, minimum. Using a standardized website template can help reduce this cost considerably. Changing your desires midstream can greatly increase this time.
3. Newsletters, Brochures, Logo's & other print or internet designs
Each and every situation is different. Predicting the cost for any project is impossible without getting the information from you for what you want done. A basic rule of thumb is that a simple 5 page newsletter would probably take about 5 hours to design and produce. Number of pages, amount of pictures & graphics, resizing text, etc. will all make the project more or less complicated and can change the amount of time to produce.

Payment Options
Payment can be made through your existing PayPal account. This allows us to receive your payment and start on your project almost immediately. We also offer PayPal invoicing. All PayPal payments will be charged a 2.9% processing fee. This fee is charged to us by PayPal. All other fees and charges are absorbed by Web Wiz USA.

We do accept "in person" payments by MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. All credit card payments will be charged a 3.5% processing fee. Checks are accepted, however we can not begin work on your project until your check has cleared (generally 7 business days).

Most small projects require full payment in advance. Some projects will require a 50% deposit in advance, with the remainder due upon completion. All projects will require a minimum of a "first hour" charge to be paid in advance. Each additional hour can be negotiated at the end of the first hour.
